Remarks: This is a very good piece of development land on the SW corner of Palm Blvd and Garrett Rd. The land is outside the city limits in Cameron County. The tax rate is a very low 1.89%. There is a large Harlingen water line in front of the land and Harlingen sewer across Garrett Rd. on the NE corner of the intersection.
